Hi Friends!
I'm here today to share a quick page in one of my cheap dollar store note books.
I started out by gluing two pages together with a UGU glue stick. While that dried I cut out Old style key cutouts by Shnibblybits into white card stock. I then took Aleene's glue and adhered them to the page, once that was done I covered everything in white Liquitex gesso.
I then added Lindy's South Shore Sand to the entire background, I then focused Screamin' Banshee Black to the perimeter of the keys using the dip tube to isolate the colour. I used a bit of water from my spray bottle to help it travel along.
All the keys were outlined with a pencil to pop them out of the background. I then outlined the words and my page with black archival ink.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you like what I've created!
Lisa :)
